Gary was friendly and helpful, responded quickly to my enquiry, and most importantly clearer a drain that had been overflowing and backflowing into the house.
He quickly diagnosed the problem, found a well hidden access point, and removed the blockage.
If I have further drainage issues I'll definitely be giving him a call, and I heartily recommend Gary and his services.

I had used another company before WDS. I wish I found these guys first! Martin came when he said and kept me updated of his ETA throughout the day.
When he arrived he was very professional and knowledgeable. Being an old house the drain layout was a bit of mystery.
I can say that WDS care about the job and the service they provide. Going the extra mile to get the job done right! They even cleaned up all the mess and put down disinfectant. You'd never know they were there. Except for a working drain! Highly recommended.

Called on sunday evening as we had a blocked drain, came out the next morning and by lunchtime everything was fixed. Very reasonable fixed pricing and a very nice guy! Highly recommended

Contacted Gary about patch line repairs for waste pipes at my property although he does not currently do said patch lining,he took the time to find someone who did called me back with the company’s number and I’ve now had the work carried out because Gary decided to go the extra mile!!!! Absolute legend !!! Wanted to give him a finders fee for what was a stressful time trying to find someone to do this job and he wouldn’t have it.I had already arranged one of the biggest company’s to do the work but after Gary’s involvement I was able to cancel them and go with the company Gary got me,and saved £500 as well.Can’t talk highly enough for what Gary did for me.Any drainage or water issues from now on I’ll be calling Gary first.Thanks again Gary👍
